Custom Profiles

Rollformers 2000 Ltd. is largely involved in the manufacture of custom roll formed profiles to meet client’s own requirements.  Profiles, either symmetrical or asymmetrical can be produced on the variety of machines that the company operates.

Profiles can generally be held to close tolerances and produced consistently.  Dimension tolerances range +/- 0.25mm to +/- 1.00mm depending on size and section of profile shape.  On length dimension a maximum tolerance of +/- 3mm is applicable.

The end uses of special sections are wide ranging and diverse in the industries that they serve.  Examples of end uses include palleting, shelving/racking systems, scaffolding and trestles, garage door components, conveyor systems, gates and fences, motor vehicle/trailer/truck body assemblies, horticulture building components, agriculture machinery and many others.

We operate our fully equipped engineering workshop which enables us to build the tooling requirements needed to manufacture your profiles. While our in-house engineers have comprehensive experience and abilities to produce the required tooling in addition we have specialist tool making companies ready to assist on those tougher projects.
